Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy explains when SnapMenu will provide refunds for its subscription services. It applies to all paid subscriptions purchased for Venues using SnapMenu.
SnapMenu sells annual prepaid subscriptions that provide access to hosted menu services and related features for a fixed 12-month term.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For any new annual subscription, SnapMenu offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you cancel within 30 calendar days of the initial subscription start date, you may request a full refund of the subscription fee for that subscription.
The guarantee applies only to the first term of a new subscription for a specific Venue. It does not apply to renewals, upgrades, or additional subscriptions for Venues that have previously used SnapMenu.
3. Refunds After the First 30 Days
After the first 30 days of a subscription term, SnapMenu does not offer refunds for early cancellation except in narrow circumstances such as:
Duplicate payment or accidental double purchase of the same subscription.
A clear technical error by SnapMenu or its payment processor that resulted in an incorrect charge.
In such cases, SnapMenu may, at its reasonable discretion, refund the affected amounts or apply a credit to your account.
4. No Partial Refunds for Early Cancellation
Annual subscriptions are prepaid for a full 12-month term. If you cancel your subscription after the first 30 days, you will not receive a partial refund for the remaining period of the term.
You may continue to use the service until the end of the paid term, unless you request immediate deactivation. Deactivation does not create any entitlement to a partial refund.
5. Distance Digital Services and Statutory Rights
SnapMenu primarily contracts with business customers. To the extent that EU or Cyprus consumer protection rules on distance contracts and digital services apply to a specific purchase, your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal, are not limited by this Policy.
Where consumer withdrawal rights apply to a subscription:
You may have a right to withdraw from the contract within a statutory cooling-off period, usually 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, unless you have expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged that this may affect your withdrawal rights under applicable law.
If you validly exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, SnapMenu will process any refund required under applicable law, which may differ from the contractual rules in this Policy.

To request a refund under this Policy, contact snapmenucy@gmail.com with:
The email address associated with your Account.
The Venue name and subscription details.
The reason for your refund request and whether you are relying on the 30-day money-back guarantee or another ground described in this Policy or required by law.
SnapMenu may request additional information to verify your identity and the relevant transaction. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
7. Changes to This Policy
SnapMenu may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will apply to new purchases made after the effective date of the updated Policy. For existing subscriptions, the version in force at the time of purchase will generally apply for that subscription term, unless a change is required by law and is clearly more favorable to you.
